Water Adventures: Your stay includes 5 bikes, 4 kayaks, and 2 stand-up paddleboards for you to explore the crystal-clear waters and mangrove trails of the Keys.
Cabana Club Access: Take a short walk to the Cabana Club, where you can bask in the sun on the private sandy beach or take a refreshing dip in the chilled/heated pool or hot tub
Boating Convenience: The property features a 37-foot dock for your boat, providing easy access to the surrounding waterways and the Atlantic Ocean.
Indoor Comfort:
4 Bedrooms: Get a restful night's sleep in the comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and Smart TV with apps for streaming services.
2 Bathrooms: Enjoy two full bathrooms stocked with all the comforts of home. One is equipped with a walk-in shower, one is a tub shower/bath. **Bathtub temporarily only able to be used as a shower 4/2024**
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The spacious kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay.
Open Living Space: The open-concept living and dining areas provides the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.
Wi-Fi and Entertainment: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy a large 60" smart TV with soundbar and streaming capabilities in the living room for your entertainment.
-Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 5 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.
-Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

-If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.
-Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
-This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

5/5 stars-This was a great place for our family trip to Marathon. Very authentic Florida Keys feel with a very comfortable and clean house, an awesome outdoor, enclosed patio and very nice backyard. Tons of recreational equipment including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and a dock behind the house for those that may look to rent a boat. We rented a boat for the week and the dock worked out great! Would definitely stay again.
