••• 2nd Level of the Split-Level Home:
The primary level of this home, situated on the 2nd floor, presents a spacious great room with ample seating for everyone's enjoyment. On one side of the great room lies the Master Suite, boasting a King-sized bed and a generous soaking tub within the en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side, you'll find two guest rooms—one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two Full-sized beds. A screened porch at the rear of the house ensures comfort during balmy Florida Keys evenings.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
