2nd Level of the Home:
The second floor features an open-concept kitchen, living room, and den designed for comfort and style. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, while the dining area offers marina views. Relax on the living room sofa or step out onto the spacious balcony for coffee or cocktails with scenic views. The den includes a queen-sized pull-out bed, ideal for unwinding with a good book.
3rd Level of the Home:
On the third floor, you'll find two tranquil bedrooms and the convenience of in-home laundry. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom features a spacious king bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own balcony. Both bedrooms provide ample storage and a peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"This place was just as described! Right on the water, clean, easily accessible, lots of amenities and great location! It was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was a huge plus for my kids! We were able to fish right off the dock and enjoyed the evening sunsets on the water. Coco Plum was always available for questions and always had a quick, helpful reply. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was just as described! Right on the water, clean, easily accessible, lots of amenities and great location! It was perfect for our family of 4.
