This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"This house is awesome! Very private master suite, and a second bedroom with dedicated bathroom along with a third bedroom and hallway bathroom. Big living room/kitchen, downstairs is great to hang out and the pool is great! The dock is awesome, can fit 40' plus boats on the t-head and another 35' at least on the seawall. Very protected. Will stay again, thank you!"

Nice house that completely met our needs for our family vacation. Dock was big enough for both boats approximately 22' a piece. Nice neighborhood, Great central location. 9 Ave F was the perfect vacation rental for my husband and I and our spoiled dachshund ..the house was easy to find, convenient location to boat launch and the Atlantic. The home smelled great upon arrival was very clean and had all the amenities of home. There was ample parking for our 27 ft boat and 30 ft trailer in the driveway. The house had nice flat screen smart TV's in all the rooms, newer furniture in the living room. We will definitely return to this home the location was perfect.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee.  Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
