Your first level guests are treated to an additional covered patio with seating, large living room space, a well-stocked kitchenette, full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. This special home is located on an acre of land and backed up to a secluded coral lagoon. A dream vacation in a dream location!
With the lower and upper levels completely separated, this layout provides privacy, making it ideal for friends or multiple families vacationing together.
NOTE: This is a Split-Level Home. There are no interior stair connections between the upper and lower levels; stairs are accessed externally.

••• 1st Level of the Split-Level Home:
The separate lower level offers a cozy sitting area for up to eight, perfect for relaxing and watching movies on the large flat-screen TV. A breakfast kitchen with a fridge, sink, drink cooler, and coffee maker ensures snacks and drinks are always within reach. This level also features two bedrooms: bedroom 4 with a King bed, new TV, spa towels, and clothing baskets, and the other, bedroom 5, with a bunk bed (Full on the bottom, Twin on top).
••• Outdoor Oasis:
Relax around the outdoor patio table while your family enjoys the pool or spillover spa, with the Gulf as your stunning backdrop. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for fun and s'mores. If you're in the mood to grill, a propane grill on the upper patio makes it easy. The property also features a boat dock for tying up your boat, plus easy access to the peaceful coral lagoon. The fully fenced yard offers a pet-friendly space, so your furry friends can enjoy paradise too!
••• 2nd Level of the Split-Level Home:
The spacious upper level features a dining room that seats up to 10 people and sleeping accommodations for up to six. It includes one bedroom, bedroom 3, with two Twin beds, another, bedtroom 2, with a Queen bed, and a master suite with a King bed. The living area offers seating for up to 12, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee. Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
