The entry level features two additional bedrooms and full bathrooms. Off the foyer, bedroom 5, the bunk room is furnished with tropical decor, including twin bunk beds, two sleeper sofas, and extra seating, plus a large flat-screen TV—perfect for the kids to watch a movie. A full bath is conveniently located just off this room.

Next to the bunk room, you'll find bedroom 5 with a king bed, an en-suite bath, and sliding doors that lead to the covered patio.

Step outside to a stunning freeform pool by the water, surrounded by ample lounge space for sunbathing and a covered patio with a large picnic table. The fully fenced yard offers a safe, pet-friendly area for your furry friends to enjoy. This home is designed for those who seek the best in luxury and relaxation!

Enjoy plenty of space to relax in the open living and dining area, which leads to an enclosed Florida room with water views. This room features a game table and separate seating area for added enjoyment, with direct access to the pool stairs.

The kitchen boasts brand-new Kenmore Elite stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven and a convenient breakfast bar.

The main living level also includes a spacious Master Suite with a cozy loveseat for reading and an en-suite bath. The floor plan offers two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. The waterfront bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a toddler bed, and sliding doors that open to the wraparound walkway. The bedroom 3 offers two twin beds and is conveniently located near the guest bath. A full-sized laundry room is also on this level for added convenience.

 



••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"Our fishing group has been going to Marathon for many years and we thought this was our best house and rental experience yet. The two story 5 bdrm 4 bath house was laid out perfect. Relaxing in the pool after a long day on the water was tranquil. Coco Plum had a welcome basket for us with just about everything you may have or forgot to bring or didn't know you needed. One person hadn't packed a toothbrush and looked through the basket and came up with a travel set with both brush and paste...sometimes it's the little things. I was contacted more than once to make sure everything was going well. They also made sure I had multiple contact numbers if in fact there was any issue with the home. We obviously loved the home for the dock and ocean access, but it would also be a great place just to vacation with family and friends. We'll be going back on our next trip...thanks Angel and the entire Coco Plum team."

We loved just about every aspect of the home. Living quarters were perfect, along with the most comfortable couches I ever had in any rental. The pool was refreshing even if it was a little on the warm side. Boat dock and fish cleaning area was great. Plenty of parking. I would recommend better instructions on the recycling as we did exactly what was asked and separated it from all other trash just to watch the garbage men dump everything into the same trash truck.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee.  Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
