As you enter Off the Hook, you’ll be welcomed by a striking foyer with floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive glass doors that seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoor beauty. On the first floor, you'll find two guest bedrooms, each located on either side of a spacious custom bathroom. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, versatile ottoman-to-twin beds, large TVs, and are bathed in natural light, ensuring a comfortable and bright retreat for your stay.

The outdoor space at this home is your private oasis, featuring an expansive 440 sq ft custom swimming pool, a cozy fire pit surrounded by soft sand for a beach-like experience, and a top-of-the-line outdoor bar with a gas grill perfect for cooking up your fresh catches. Enjoy complete privacy in the fully fenced yard and watch stunning sunsets from your private rooftop lounge with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you bring your own boat, you can dock it right behind the house and set off for the Atlantic Ocean, just a 10-minute boat ride away. Return to clean your catch at the dock, cook it in the state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, grab a drink at the bar, and cool off in the pool, all just steps away from each other. On the second floor of this stunning home, you'll discover a top-of-the-line kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, abundant counter space, and breathtaking 180° views through floor-to-ceiling windows, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed in the outdoor dining area. Additionally, the master bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with an oversized rainfall shower, a king-sized bed, and a private balcony with sweeping views of the shimmering canal.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Everything was great- the house design is so cool, we enjoyed sunsets from the roof, coffee on the bedroom deck, and wine and snacks on the main balcony. The pool area is stunning and we appreciated the towels and pool toys. We also put the bikes and Kayaks to good use. Thank you for everything!!
