Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
