Escape to your own slice of paradise at the Tropical Seahorse, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home designed for those who crave serenity, comfort, and natural beauty. Located in the Marina community of Coral Lagoon, the unit is nestled in a lush, tropical setting, on a private 6 acre resort this retreat offers the perfect blend of modern living and island-inspired charm.
IMPORTANT: If you are planning to bring a boat, there are additional documents you will need to complete for us to submit to the Coral Lagoon Marina. We will send these to you after confirmation of your reservation. Please make sure to review these documents thoroughly to ensure you meet the Marina requirements.

• Dock: Slip #18 for your 34' boat, with easy Gulf access, close to the Vaca Cut for ocean access. Depth: 8'-10', just 10 minutes to open water. Please note, only 1 vessel per slip.
NOTE: At this time, the boat slip is not available for this unit. Slips can be rented through the marina at an additional cost, as outlined below.
• Pool: Dive into relaxation with access to a heated saltwater pool ensuring endless enjoyment during your stay. Pool towels included.
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Marina on site with private boat ramp, making launching a breeze. Fishing cleaning station provided by the resort by the fuel deck. Please no fishing allowed from the Marina or the canals in the resort.
• Parking: On-site parking in a designated parking lot for all of your parking needs. Parking is first come first serve so please plan accordingly. Trailer parking available for rent with the onsite Marina, outlined below, with ramp fees.
• Sleep in Comfort: Enjoy the master suite with a king-sized bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom including a private balcony looking over the canal. All bedrooms have TVs with cable provided for your convenience.
• Private Outdoor Space: Unwind on your private balcony or patio, where sweeping views of the marina and lush tropical scenery await. Electric grill included, along with an outdoor dining area.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Gourmet fully stocked kitchen, oversized dining and living areas, Keurig and drip coffee maker.
• Short Stays: This unit offers a minimum stay of just 2 nights, providing flexibility for your Florida Keys getaway.

••• 1st Level of the Home:
The Tropical Seahorse features an airy layout and alluring nautical themed décor throughout the entire home. The open concept 1st-floor living area features abundantly cushioned seating centered around a 42-inch TV equipped with cable and DVD/Stereo system. The dining and kitchen area has seating for six at the table and three at the bar stool seating. Entertaining is a breeze with doors that open to your canal side porch with outdoor seating. Enjoy the exquisite canal views and enjoy the ocean breezes.
••• 2nd Level of the Home:
This spacious second-level home features three inviting bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite complete with a private bathroom for ultimate comfort and convenience. The master suite also boasts direct access to a charming patio, perfect for relaxing or enjoying morning coffee. The additional two bedrooms are well-sized and ideal for family, guests, or a home office. The layout is designed to maximize both privacy and accessibility, with ample closet space and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. This level combines functionality and elegance, offering a perfect retreat for all.

Set on over six acres of palm trees and lush tropical plants, Coral Lagoon features Key West-inspired architecture and a private marina, capturing the charm of a classic fishing village. Enjoy a heated resort-style pool, a full-service marina with a dock master, and dining at Frank's Grill or No Name Pub. Art enthusiasts can explore the Shady Palm Art Gallery for unique pieces.
• Book a trip at the Turtle Hospital.
• Book a 3.5-hour Barrier Reef Snorkel SandBar Trip with Sole Watersports.
• Visit the Lagoon on Grassy Key. Add a fun session on the Rum Runner, get an introduction to Kite Flying, or try some wakeboarding. Just hang out at Bongos while the kids enjoy these activities.
• Plan a sunset cruise with Marathon Mermaid.
• Plan a beach day at Sombrero Beach in Marathon.
The villa you're staying in offers complimentary use of a marina boat slip (Please note, at this time, the boat slip is unavailable for this unit. Slips are available through the marina to rent at an additional cost, outlined below). To use the slip, you are required to execute an In-Kind Lease, and the marina charges a lease approval fee. Additional services provided by the Master Common Area Property, available for a fee, include trailer storage and access to a private boat ramp.
••• Current Fee Structure (subject to change based on marina guidelines):
• Lease Approval Fee: $50 (discounted for transit renters), $100 for long-term renters (more than two weeks)
• Nightly Trailer Storage Fee: $27 ($55 if the boat is stored on the trailer)
• Ramp Fee: $11.25 per use
The marina association has specific requirements for any vessel staying on the marina property:
• The boat must have a minimum of $300,000 in liability insurance, with the marina named as additional insured. This information must be provided to the marina by your insurance company, with the additional insured noted on the boat’s declaration page. A form will be sent to you at the time of booking, and we will forward this to the marina on your behalf.
• The marina association lease must be fully executed. The process is electronic—you can fill out the form, send it to the dockmaster, or call. Our dockmaster will guide and support you through the lease process.
IMPORTANT: You are fully responsible for your boat while it is in the leased slip or marina, including any costs or damages related to injury, or to the leased slip, marina facilities, or other association property caused by the boat, its owner, or related persons.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

"This property is a gem! My husband and I, our two children ages 11 and 8, and another adult couple stayed very comfortably at Cocoplum. We loved having three bedrooms, the full kitchen, and especially the washer and dryer! The pool on site was clean and a welcome relaxation after a full day fishing and snorkeling. It was easy to get into the unit, and there were clear instructions on how to operate WiFi, nearby recommended restaurants, and checkout details. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We had a nice time here! Bedrooms were clean and there were extra bedsheets/blankets in every room. I do wish there were more cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, to keep the place kept up during the Stay as well as more than 1 Toilet paper roll for each bathroom. Just little Touches to make it feel more accommodating. The TVs are not smart TVs in bedrooms so they only Offer basic cable, no Netflix. Could have a fire stick or Roku to be a simple Upgrade and fix. Overall, the location was great and it was so nice to have the boat right out back! We would Return for sure!"

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee. Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.

••• Coral Lagoon Vacation Rentals Information:
• Kitchens: Fully equipped kitchen with a wide array of appliances and cooking utensils.
• Garbage: Garbage is your responsibility and the dumpsters are located at the backside of the boathouse on the opposite end of the back parking lot. These may be better accessed with your car as it is a good walking distance from your home.
• Parking: You are not allowed to park on the grass or roadway in front of the unit for loading or any other purpose.
• Linens: The home is fully equipped with linens, sheets, and towels that you will need. Beach towels are not guaranteed available.
• Noise: Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Noise need be kept to a respectable level at all times. Violators WILL be evicted.
• Grills: Due to the fact that these are wood-framed homes, propane and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on or around the Coral Lagoon property.
• Fishing: NO Fishing on resort grounds.
• Pool Usage: Shared resort pool, open dawn to dusk.
