Bedroom 2 also boasts a sumptuous king bed, while Bedroom 3 offers a cozy queen bed and a charming sitting nook—perfect for quiet moments. Bedroom 4, with its two twin beds and separate sofa bed, is ideal for larger groups, and Bedroom 5 ensures a restful stay with its comfortable queen bed.
The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and a gas range, making meal preparation a pleasure. The spacious layout effortlessly blends cooking and socializing, creating an inviting space for memorable gatherings and delightful culinary adventures.
The expansive outdoor space provides ample seating for dining al fresco or unwinding with a cool drink in hand. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
