Indulge in all the comforts of home, including a BBQ grill, dishwasher, cable TV, WIFI, and a convenient washer/dryer. Finally, it's worth noting that this house is licensed for up to twelve guests, making it a perfect option for small families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental. Please note that while the house sleeps twelve, there are just the 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, roll away beds are availble to rent if you have a larger party. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. 

-This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee.  Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
