Here, this 2-story stilted beachfront sanctuary awaits, set upon a pristine sandy plot enveloped by the gentle rhythm of the waves. With your very own private beach, a tranquil fenced pool terrace, and abundant outdoor seating, every moment is an invitation to savor the sun-drenched delights of coastal living.

Important Information for Florida Keys Beaches:

Keys beaches are not like mainland Florida beaches. There is no surf and most of the time you will only see small waves hitting the shore. The water is inaccessible from the land. During High tide, you can kayak or paddleboard out from the shore. There is no access to the Ocean from the beach during Low tide.

Beaches in the Keys, just like beaches on the mainland, have seaweed that comes and goes. We do our best to pick up any garbage within reach before your stay, but we cannot control the seaweed as it comes ashore.  

The beach at this home is man-made. When stepping into the water you'll find find that the sand sinks within a few yards of the shore. On high tide, you can swim out to the Sandy turtle grass for snorkeling. The experience of wading into this area can be uncomfortable. It is best to kayak out a few yards. Water shoes are a must.

••• 2nd Level of the Home:

Elevated on the second level, this retreat offers an exquisite blend of comfort and luxury. Among its highlights are two lavish master suites, each complete with its own en suite full bathroom and sumptuous king-size bed, ensuring a restful stay. One of the master suites offers a double sleeper sofa. Additionally, a third bedroom awaits, featuring a king-size bed, and the 4th bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Complete with TVs in every bedroom, this sanctuary promises both relaxation and entertainment in a sophisticated setting.
 

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you're bringing a boat along, the Grassy Key Marina, just a quarter mile away, offers docking facilities and even a convenience store for your needs.

••• This home is not pet-friendly.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee.  Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
